We provide a 4-year warranty on filters and silicone plugs. Warranty does not cover damage caused by external damage or by use in disagreement with the instructions for use.

Fit guarantee

If the hearing protectors rub or have other fit problems, this will be fixed free of charge within 6 months of delivery.

Do I need to book an appointment before ordering?

You place your order first. We will then contact you to arrange an appointment that suits you.

How is the ear impression made?

During the appointment, we first examine your ears to make sure everything looks as it should. We then take an impression using a soft silicone material that forms to your ear canal.

The impression is taken by a licensed audiologist and the entire appointment takes approximately 20 minutes.

Do I need to prepare before the appointment?

The ear canal needs to be free from earwax before the impression is taken. If needed, you can use an earwax treatment beforehand.

What does the Shore value mean?

The Shore value describes the hardness of the material. A lower Shore value means a softer and more flexible material, while a higher value means a firmer material.

What does taking an ear impression feel like?

During the impression process you sit comfortably while the material forms to your ear. The process is quick and generally feels smooth.

How long does it take before I receive my sleep earplugs?

Delivery normally takes 3 to 4 weeks after the ear impression has been taken.
