You place your order first. We will then contact you to arrange an appointment that suits you.

We examine your ears and then take an impression using a soft silicone material shaped to your ear canal.
How does taking an impression feel?
The process is quick and is generally experienced as smooth and comfortable.
Do I need to prepare before the appointment?
Your ear canal should be free from earwax before the impression is taken.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery normally takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks after your ear impressions have been taken.
How are the hearing protectors delivered?
They can be shipped to your home or collected from our clinic.
How much does custom hearing protection cost?
